With a registered capital of RMB 41.5 million, the company is currently a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Shanjing Precision Technology Co., Ltd.
The company has mature and comprehensive production lines for precision castings and supporting precision machining. With outstanding capabilities in scaled production, the company is fully equipped to meet the delivery requirements for large-volume orders. The facility covers a land area of over 30,000 square meters, with a workshop area exceeding 12,000 square meters. There are more than 300 employees. The company has advanced precision casting, machining equipment and testing equipment, including: dual-station wax injection machines, rotary wax injection machines, 6-axis and 4-head 8-arm shell molding lines, fully automatic shell drying lines, fully automatic 6-axis pouring systems with medium-frequency induction furnaces, 4-axis and 5-axis rotary table machining centers, CNC lathes, turn-mill composite machine tools, valve-specific composite machine tools, CNC wire cutting machines, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machines, spectrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), contour measuring instruments, metallographic microscopes, hardness testers, computerized universal material testing machines, and valve shell and sealing test machines.
The company's main products include various valves, pumps, mining safety support products (anchor bolts), electromechanical products, mining machinery accessories, automotive parts, and mechanical components. Our production primarily focuses on materials such as 304, 316, 304L, 316L, WCB, and alloy steel. The company has obtained multiple authoritative certifications, including IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System), ISO 9001, CE certification for the European market, as well as Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications. The products are widely applied across industries such as petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, brewing, environmental protection, urban construction, drainage, automotive, and agricultural machinery.
